For a nominal fee you, your spouse, and your dependant children (up to age 22 if a full time college student) can be covered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with legal representation. Among the benefits offered are Preventive Legal Services, which includes unlimited telephone consultations, phone calls and letters, contract and document review and wills; Motor Vehicle Legal Expense Services, including major and minor expenses; Trial Defense Services, including up to 75 hours of attorney time; IRS Audit Legal Services, up to 50 hours attorney time; and more. As with other benefits, payment of the premiums can be made through automatic payroll deduction.
Long/Short Term Disability Insurances
Outstaffing offers employees, on an individual basis, payroll deducted programs for Long Term Disability Insurance and Short Term Disability Insurance. For your convenience, payment of these premiums can be made through automatic payroll deduction. The premiums are usually paid with after tax dollars so that the benefits paid will be income tax free.
