WHO MAINTAINS THE EMPLOYEE RECORDS? Outstaffing maintains all the employee records pertaining to the payroll and employee benefits.
WHO EXPLAINS THE BENEFITS TO MY STAFF? Outstaffing will contact each new employee to introduce them to the service and explain the programs. Outstaffing handles the enrollment and administration of the benefits and payroll for your staff. If they have ANY questions they can contact Outstaffing directly (phone/email) or through the website.
WHO ISSUES THE W2? As Outstaffing is the employer-of-record we will issues the W2 and are also responsible for quarterly (940/941) filings.
